remember the "black & white" plug? the one that actually turns your clip into grayscale (if you want to really get a b/w clip, use our "hard contrast" plug with black and white settings)? well, this plug-in is similar, but cooler. Imagine that a grayscale clip is just a faded color clip. b/w gradual does just that - fade out the colors. and you decide how much the colors fade.

Flash Cards - 1.0.0

Flash Cards was developed to help you practice your knowledge of any subject using text phrases and picture flash cards. Text phrases are chosen from a table in the Phrase Maintenance Window and pictures are chosen from a folder created by the application in the Users/~/Documents folder where you place jpg picture files. The Setup Window lets you set the time a text phrase/picture is on-screen, the period between displays, the text color, bold/unbold, and text size. Most settings are saved between sessions.

NMS - 2.4b

NMS is a utility to force system sleep at a set idle time or on Screen Saver activation. It can follow Energy Savers settings in an "install and forget" way or operate completely independently. For me this solves the recurring problem of an invariably corrupt power manager preventing automatic sleep and the frequent dead batteries that result. Simple as this solution is it has worked great for me. My laptop ALWAYS sleeps. NMS now has provisions to allow for unattended wake events, like answering the modem or a scheduled wake-up, and per-application control over holding sleep, plus general improvements. If you can put your machine to sleep manually (short of being required to close the lid if it's a laptop) then NMS should be able to restore unattended sleeping on your machine.

The Restaurant Game is a restaurant simulation where you play as a customer or waitress. This game is a research project at the MIT Media Lab that will algorithmically combine the gameplay experiences of thousands of players to create a new game. In a few months, we will apply machine learning algorithms to data collected through the multiplayer Restaurant Game, and produce a new single-player game that we will enter into the 2008 Independent Games Festival. CallVantage Dialer - 1.5

After getting CallVantage,I felt that the missing piece was the ability to dial numbers directly from my Mac. Of course, you can use the CallVantage website, but that's not nearly as nice as dialing from Address Book (or, even better, Quicksilver). CallVantage Dialer comes to the rescue by making this possible.

CallVantage Dialer can be used as an Address Book Plug-In, directly from the Script Menu, and via Quicksilver, LaunchBar, or whatever.
